Return Policy

1. The Law guarantees the right of withdrawal as provided for by Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 06, 2005 with the subject "Consumer Code in accordance with art. 7 of the law no. 229 July 29, 2003", modified by Legislative Decree ni. 21 of February 21, 2014, Article 1.
Our client who place orders through the website has the right to return goods/services, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days.
They shall run:
a) for goods, from the day of receipt by the consumer
b) for services (such as vouchers) from the day of conclusion of the contract, or by the completion and dispatch of our systems with digital delivery.

2. Return request

To obtain the right of return you must write a notice and send it traceable mail (with return receipt) at “Antonio Marras Srl, Via Gandolfi, 6-40053 - Bazzano (Bolonga) Italy or by e-mail by writing to or still following the return procedure that the customer can find (if he is registered and owns an account) in the “my Account" section.

2. Necessary conditions

a) The return request must be submitted within the time limits set forth in paragraph "1. The Law" and in the manner set out in paragraph "2. Return request"
b) The product must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged
c) The products are delivered to the customer with an identification and disposable tag: it must still be present, well preserved and, in the case of disposable seals, attached to the original position.
d) The products must be returned in their original packaging, if it is disposable must be closed and has yet to be well sealed. The leaders will still have all the labels, packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers, etc..) received with the order.
e) Swimwear and underwear clothes (Bikini, briefs, boxers etc.) can be tested by the customer over his underwear. The returns of these items will not be accepted if the label transparent sanitary protection were to be removed, or in the case in which the heads for signs of use.
f) The return must be made in a lump sum after approval / acceptance of the seller and using the courier indicated by our customer support team. The customer will receive an e-mail that will start the return process and indicate the reference authorization. This e-mail must be printed and inserted inside the package.
g) The shipping costs for the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer. For returns from Italy the cost is € 10, for returns from abroad the cost can vary depending on the state of origin, ranging between 20 and 50 €: the customer will be informed by our service department on the cost of support in the moment in which the authorization will be sent.
h) The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund which will be done by and will be invoiced to the customer.
i) Returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the customer has received the e-mail of acceptance of return.
l) The seller has the right not to accept the return of products that do not conform to the characteristics and requirements listed here or in the event that the return procedure has been carried out without following the instructions in this section.

3. Refund times refund any purchase without penalty, in the shortest time possible, and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which has received the goods sold or when the consumer has demonstrated to have them shipped back.
The moment has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of acceptance / refund / replacement made.

4. Refund method

The customer can choose between two different ways to complete the return process:
a) Voucher value: the customer will receive a discount code that will correspond to the value of the returned item excluding shipping. This code can be used within 90 days from the date of issue can not be combined with any other coupon codes or discount vouchers. The value must be used in a single solution for an order that has a value equal to or higher than the refund.
b) Payment refund: for orders paid with Paypal or Credit Cards normally the refund is made within 24/48 hours of acceptance and it will be sent to the account/credit card the from which gave rise to the payment, however, it may take several days for the buyer to receive the reversal / refund by Paypal or Credit Card bank. In case of payment by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account by bank transfer: times may vary from bank to bank and can take up to 5-6 working days by the act of sending the refund because the value is credited on the customer's account. 
If the payment has been done with "COD" (cash on delivery) the refund will be made by bank transfer: the customer must provide a bank account number (IBAN) to which we will send the money.

5. Defective or wrong items return

In case in wich the customer receive a product does not comply with the order or if it is defective/damaged the cost of returning the goods will be paid by only if it is made through the courier that we will provide.
If there were to be the case in which, the required product in the order that has received wrong delivery should not be available, will offer the customer the refund methods illustrated in point "4. Refund method". will not be liable in any way and will not respond to claims that they are more of the wrong order at net of shipping. reserves the right to request photographic proof before authorizing made for faulty goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods at depots.

6. Change the goods does not manage or accept requests to change goods (sizes, colors, articles, etc ...): the customer who wants to replace a product shall exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the procedures described above to make the product and, if desired, he will proceed by sending a new order.
