How to request a return / exchange

You can return purchased items if they comply with our Return Policy.
You can open an RMA within 14 working days since the delivery date.
Exchanges are not allowed: purchased items can only be returned and refunded.
You can ask for a return in two ways:

If you bought as a registered user

If during the purchase you are signed in or you have contextually created an account by providing "username" and "password", you have to log in by clicking on the "Log In" button on the top right of the page (desktop browsing) or, if you are browsing from Smartphone and Tablet, clicking on the icon representing a person on the top of the page and then on "Log In" (mobile browsing).
After providing the access data you will enter your user dashboard: if you browse from desktop you will see a menu on the left of the website and you must click on "Returns Management (RMA)" then on "Request New RMA".
Otherwise, browsing from mobile or, more generally, from your user dashboard, you can see the list of your orders.
If order status is "Complete" just enter on it by clicking on "View order" and then follow the link "Request RMA".
Finally you will be guided from the system that will ask some informations.

If you bought as guest

If during the purchase you chose not to create an account please follow THIS LINK and fill data writing order number and e-mail address provided during the purchase.
